6 High-Protein Indian Snacks Under ₹50
Store-bought protein bars cost ₹100-200 each. These desi snacks cost a fraction and deliver similar protein.
1. Roasted Chana (Bhuna Chana) — 15g protein for ₹10
A handful (50g) of roasted black chickpeas. Crunchy, filling, zero cooking. Keep a box in your bag.
2. Sprouts Salad — 12g protein for ₹15
100g mixed sprouts (moong + matki) with chopped onion, tomato, lemon, and chaat masala. Takes 2 minutes to assemble.
3. Peanut + Jaggery Chikki — 10g protein for ₹8
2 pieces of homemade or store-bought peanut chikki. High calorie too, so good for bulking.
